A session is considered booked once your request has been confirmed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a full or partial charge for the reserved time.
We are committed to providing a professional and welcoming environment for all clients. We expect respectful behavior toward our staff, studio equipment, and space. In cases of aggressive or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to stop the session without a refund.
All rights to the recorded material belong to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may only use excerpts of your work for our portfolio, website, or social media with your written consent. Once a session is complete and files have been delivered, clients are responsible for backing up their materials. BaneMusic Studio is not liable for any data loss after the final delivery.
